Extra Beans In My Burrito, Thanks

We saw this restaurant today in Adelaide and the name has me quite puzzled. On one hand it seems like a terrible name for a restaurant - kind of like calling your Indian restaurant "Squirt".

Yet, it made us laugh for quite a long time, and getting people to remember your restaurant is half the battle.

Mostly we liked it though because it made us think of our friend Alicia who so vehemently defends her Mexican heritage, and to see someone in Adelaide make such a blatant social comment about Mexican food, just seemed so improbable that it was pure gold.
